The process of entry into the system of Subsidized Student Nutrition is as follows:

First step is registration on the web page, you need to enter all needed information, read the general conditions and accept by clicking on »Next«/«Continue« button. Write down your application number, which is displayed in the upper part of the enrollment form and with it within 90 days of completing the application form online, PERSONAL go to your nearest office of Subsidized Student Nutrition (SŠP). You have to bring along personal document with photo, proof of the student status for the current academic year (index or an original certificate of student status) and your telephone.
Registration in the system of Subsidized Student Nutrition can edit only the clerk at the office of Student Subsidized Nutrition (SŠP) and it is not available through the internet or postmail. With the clerk at the office of Student Subsidized Nutrition then both of you will verify and ensure the entered information accuracy. Then you have to choose the way how you will confirm your identity in Subsidized Student Nutririon offices, you can choose the phone (phone number - free) or SIM card (non-contact chip card - you need to pay extra 15 €)
The clerk will print for you, your activation code for access to internet reviewed the historical consumption and the current status of unused subsidies via the website.

For one day you can use two subsidies and between two subsidies has to go through a period of 4 hours.

Message »Cancellations due to communication problems« means that the transaction at using Subsidized Nutrition was not successful, so that your subsidy in this case has not been used and you can use it again.

If you change your personal data (name, surname, ...) you have to personal go to any Student Subsidized Nutrition office, and a clerk will enter new personal data into database system. You have to bring along proof for changin personal data.

You can use Subsidized Student Nutrition every day only between 08:00 and 20:00. Beneficiaries are not entitled to subsidized meals from 15th July up to and including 15th August. So, in the meantime, the system of subsidized student nutrition does not work and, consequently, can not be used subsidized student nutrition. From including 16 August it is possible to use unused subsidies for June, July and August.

Based on data exchange with the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport, we are sorry to inform you that you are not entitled to subsidized student meals (SSM).

Definition of the beneficiary:
»Beneficiaries of subsidized student meals are all persons with the student status who are studying at higher vocational colleges and higher education institutions in the Republic of Slovenia and are not in full-time employment or registered job seekers, do not perform economic, professional or agricultural activities or managerial functions as the sole or main occupation in accordance with relevant regulations for health care and health insurance and are not recipients of a pension, excluding recipients of a survivor's pension. Beneficiaries of subsidized student meals are also all students of foreign universities in the Republic of Slovenia which are studying within international exchange programs. They are subject to the same conditions as students studying at higher vocational colleges and higher education institutions in the Republic of Slovenia.«
Most probable reasons for your block are following:

2. You are not enrolled in international exchange study programme. Relevant list of exchange programs can be checked at: - _____________________

V skladu z Zakonom o subvencioniranju študentske prehrane smo z Zavodom za zdravstveno zavarovanje Slovenije izmenjali podatke o upravičencih. Iz podatkov izhaja, da niste upravičenec do subvencionirane študentke prehrane.

Definicija upravičencev:

"Upravičenci do subvencionirane študentske prehrane so vse osebe s statusom študenta, ki se izobražujejo na višjih strokovnih šolah in visokošolskih zavodih v Republiki Sloveniji ter niso v delovnem razmerju, ne opravljajo gospodarske, poklicne ali kmetijske dejavnosti oziroma poslovodne funkcije kot edini ali glavni poklic po predpisih o zdravstvenem varstvu in zdravstvenem zavarovanju in niso prejemniki pokojnine, razen prejemniki družinske pokojnine. Upravičenci do subvencionirane študentske prehrane so tudi vsi študenti tujih univerz, ki v Republiki Sloveniji opravljajo študijske obveznosti v okviru mednarodnih izmenjalnih programov. Zanje veljajo enaki pogoji kot za študente, ki se izobražujejo na višjih strokovnih šolah in visokošolskih zavodih v Republiki Sloveniji."
